Super Sack Packing Project Qatar

Q-Chem have awarded Webster Griffin contract to supply system for bagging plastic pellets into Big Bags/ Super Sacks.  This fast track project includes design of product feed system from silos, high speed bagging machinery and PLC based control system.  We have now installed over 70 systems for packing plastic and resin chips into Bulk Bags throughout Europe, Middle East and S.E. Asia.

Sugar Packing Plant, Barbados

BAMC (Barbados Agricultural Manufacturing Company) have chosen Webster Griffin to supply:-

  • Form fill seal packing machine for ½ kilo, 1 kilo, 2 kilo bags.
  • High speed pouch packers for 5g ‘pouch’ and ‘stick’ packs
  • Big Bag filling line for 500kg to 1000kg bags system

All lines complete with metal detection, dust collection system and pallet stretch wrapping.

Robotic Packing System for Masterbatch - UK

Perrite UK have ordered a fully automatic form fill seal bagging and robot palletizing system for plastic masterbatch and PP compounds to improve service to their customers and streamline production.  Perrite have also ordered robotic packing line from Webster Griffin.

Waste Water Treatment Dubai

Webster Griffin have been awarded prestigious contract to supply Worlds First fully automatic bagging line for pelleted sewage sludge.  The state of the art sack packing system includes robot palletizer and automatic pallet wrapping.  It follows our success with over 30 bagging systems for dried sludge throughout UK and Ireland since 1997.

Integrated Packing and Palletizing Plant for Chemicals – ETI Soda, Turkey

E.T.I. Soda have ordered a turnkey system for their new production plant in Basparan.  Dense soda ash and sodium bicarbonate will be packed into 50kg and 25kg plastic bags  on two form fill seal packing lines and then palletized with Okura robots.  The palletized bags will be wrapped onto the pallet for distribution throughout Europe and the Middle East.
