The versatile mobile systems caters to a wide range of filling applications with the entire system capable of movement to another filling site. Bringing to the bagging machine directly to the application source. 

Our mobile big bag filling systems can operate in any location worldwide, the system is quick to install and operator focused with swinging bag arms allowing ease of bag placement reducing operator strain. The mobile big bag filler includes four robust mechanical pre-weighing scales ensuring that product weight accuracy is within ±0.5%. 

The mobile big bag filler also includes a 50 kg small option if required by the client. 

Throughput: 40 – 60 Bags an hour

Weighing & Control: Siemens / Allen Bradley PLC’s with Touch Screen Proface 10” HD HMI and label printer providing a modern weighing and control system giving you total control and flexibility.

Filling Accuracy: 0.5% on given target weight on every bag.

Bag Inflation: High Speed 3.5kw inflation fan.

Maintenance: Only one annual service required.
